THE ROWAN CIRCLE – Membership Terms & Conditions

Our core ethos for The Rowan Circle is to provide help and support to people suffering with fibroids. This document details from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join The Rowan Circle (“the Membership”) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

  1. Membership Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’): Key Details

These Terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms. The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by The Rowan Circle. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the Terms under which The Rowan Circle (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Membership. These Terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

Please be aware that we may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Membership indicates your acceptance of the terms and agreement to any changes.

  1. Membership Outline

The Rowan Circle is a membership platform for people with a uterus who are suffering with fibroids. The Membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get information, regular support and guidance.

  1. Eligibility

This membership is suitable for those people who have a uterus and are suffering with fibroids.

  1. Membership Specifics

There are four elements to the Membership:

  1. Self-study e-courses available through the website
  2. Workbooks, worksheets and other downloadable items
  • A private forum
  1. A member directory

Self-Study e-courses

The main resource of the membership is the collection of e-courses available to members on the website. There are courses on anatomy, treatment options, dealing with doctors, surgery, relaxation, weight loss and myths, scams and science. New treatment options will be added once they become readily available to the general population, and new courses will be added if new research is conducted, or if a majority of members would like more information on a particular area. If you would like to make a content suggestion you can email For best results you should work through the courses in order, starting with the anatomy course, in your own time. Failure to do so may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in further courses, and on the forum. It may also answer many of the questions you have. The content of all resources and training will be provided in English, translations are not available. All videos have closed captions available.

Workbooks, worksheets and other items

Each e-course has a varying number of workbooks and worksheets to be used alongside the course information. These will help you work through the courses and apply the information which you have learned to your own situation. They are designed to help you apply the information to your own needs.

The worksheets are more practical, and aim to help you take action on what you have learned. The membership also includes access to other downloadable items such as colouring sheets. These are free for you to use as often as you like.

None of the printable workbooks, worksheets, and other downloadable items should be shared outside the membership, and should not be sold separately.

Private Forum

You will have access to a private forum to support you during the Membership. The intention of the forum is to provide community support and a network of individuals who are also suffering with fibroids and who are facing similar challenges.

Isobel Hamilton will post and offer support in the forum but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately or that her forum mailbox will be monitored daily, but she will strive to respond as quickly as possible to any enquiries.

Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the forum, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the forum content at any time. Therefore, always ensure that you have back-up copies of any specifically helpful information found or shared within the group.

Member Directory

As a part of the membership you will have access to the member directory, and an individual entry in the directory. The directory is designed to allow members to give a little more information about themselves, which can then be searched using the search function. It allows you to find and connect with other members similar to yourself, whether that is in the same country or city, looking for the same treatment option, or just with shared interests. You are free to add as much or as little information to your profile as you like. What you do enter will be visible to other members viewing your profile page.

  1. Behaviour

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the Membership with immediate effect.

Each person is responsible for their own behaviour and we will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other Members.

  1. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

  1. Refunds and Cancellation

It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and will learn about the treatment options available to you, how to manage your appointments and surgery to get the best outcome, and also be more aware of myths and scams and their presence on the internet so that you can more easily avoid them. We also hope you find other members you connect with and make new friends during what can be a difficult time. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership.

As you have instant access to the Membership resources you will not be entitled to a refund of your subscription fees should you join and then wish to leave.
